Secret Brangelina Wedding!
Alright, we all hope this one is true! Here is the latest news on Brad and Angie having a secret wedding this summer. This has no mention of the previously reported secret wedding they were planning to have on a boat, but it does sound like a compromise between the previous reports of what Brad and Angelina’s preferences are, which makes it more believable to me because they seem really good about compromising. Much to my surprise, this does mention that Angelina is now considering having her father give her away! Go Angie! Previously, the rumor was that he may be invited to the wedding, but that her brother was going to give her away. For Brangelina fans, I will have to say that this one is a must read!
-And I’m told Angelina – who has been estranged from Voight since 2002 after a family rift – has handed her father an olive branch and asked him to walk her down the aisle.
“Since they started talking by phone in January, Angie has thought about asking Jon to give her away,” a friend says.
“When Angie and Brad started seriously discussing a wedding, the issue of Angie reconciling with her dad came up again and again.
“Angie came around after her brother intervened and strongly urged her to bury the hatchet.”
Although a quiet wedding is planned, there will be a smattering of stars.
“George Clooney and Matt Damon will be going, but other than a few film executive friends, it will be a Hollywood-free zone,” adds the friend.
“Angelina and Brad want a low-key ceremony. No one will know it’s a wedding until they arrive.
